A valid passport must accompany the visa application except in case the passport not being available. Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months longer than the intended stay.
Include two (2) passport photos in colour. The reverse side of the photographs must bear the applicant’s name and signature
If you wish to send the documents to the Embassy, please send them by registered mail/courier.
The visa fee is USD 45.00.

A fee of USD20.00 is to be paid when bank transfer is done outside Brazil.
Payment should accompany the duly completed visa application or be deposited into the Embassy’s bank account, which will be provided on request.
In case of payment through the bank, proof of payment should be faxed or mailed with the documents.
The whole process, from receiving the documents to having the passport reach you, can take from two (2) to ten (10) working days. Since this time depends on where the visa is to be sent, we recommend you to start the process at least fifteen (15) working days prior to the day of your trip.
Letter of invitation or addresses of business contacts in Namibia is needed for a business visa
The Embassy only issues a single entry visa. If you want a multiple entry visa, kindly apply for it at the Ministry of Home Affairs upon your arrival in Windhoek.
Before sending, ensure that your application is duly completed; signed, contact numbers and address are provided, etc. to avoid any inconvenience or hassling.
Further information may be requested depending on individual circumstances.
Visitors with visitors/holiday visa are not allowed to engage in any employment while in the country. Should they wish to do so, they should apply for a work visa/permit in their country of residence prior to entry. The same applies for study permits.
A copy of the return ticket should also be included.
